Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator & Programmer to join our furniture manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines used in furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines for furniture and joinery production.
• Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Set up CNC machines, tools, and materials for production.
• Perform accurate cutting, drilling, routing, and machining of furniture components.
• Check dimensions and quality of finished components.
• Troubleshoot basic CNC machine and programming issues.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain proper machine operation, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the Furniture, Joinery, or Interior Fit-Out industry.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator and/or CNC Programmer.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery for furniture production.
• Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.
• Knowledge of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation.
• ITI, Diploma, or any Graduation will be considered.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within production deadlines.

Salary

AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
