CNC Operator & Programmer

CNC OPERATOR / PROGRAMMER

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator / Programmer to join our production team.

This is a full-time position suited to someone with experience in CNC machining within the kitchen, furniture or joinery industry.

The Role:

• Operate and programme CNC machinery for the manufacture of bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and fitted furniture
• Read and accurately interpret workshop and production drawings
• Set up and run CNC programmes efficiently
• Check dimensions and ensure components are produced accurately
• Carry out quality checks on completed components
• Work closely with our production and design teams
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area
• Help maximise machine efficiency and minimise material waste

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ CNC operating/programming experience
• Must be confident reading and understanding workshop drawings
• Experience in kitchen, furniture or cabinet manufacturing is highly desirable
• Good understanding of CNC machining and tooling
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, organised and able to work to production deadlines
