Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Emmegi CNC programmer/machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming Emmegi CNC machines, (SATXT and Quadra), with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, operating, and maintaining Emmegi CNC equipment to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations

Set up and adjust Emmegi CNC machines, to perform precise machining operations

Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced to specifications and quality standards

Perform routine operator maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer of Emmegi Machines, (SATXT and QUADRA)

Proficiency in operating Emmegi CNC machines, (SATXT and QUADRA)

Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or related field preferred.

Minimum 5 - 7+ years of experience required.
