CNC Operator – Cabinet Manufacturing

Alta is seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join our cabinet manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC routers in a cabinet or woodworking shop and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the CNC router to produce cabinet and millwork components.
• Load plywood, MDF, and laminated panels onto the machine.
• Run production files supplied by the drafting team.
• Verify materials, tooling, and machine settings before cutting.
• Inspect, label, and organize finished parts for assembly.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
• Communicate production issues to the team and follow safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous CNC router experience, preferably in cabinet or millwork manufacturing.
• Ability to read shop drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to handle sheet materials and work in a shop environment.
• Experience with Microvellum production files is a plus.
