CNC Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turning or milling machines according to instructions and specifications
• Perform setup, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure accurate machining
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and production timelines
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area organized, clean, and safe
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and QC team for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator (turning/milling)
• Must be able to operate Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools
• Basic knowledge of machining materials (plastic, steel, aluminum, etc.)
• Good teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime and shifts if required
