What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Machine Cleaning and Operation
- Maintaining 5S in the work area
- Hourly production monitoring and updating production charts
- Maintenance and operation of 4 CNC machines
- Part inspection as per quality standards
- Material loading in the machine
- CNC machine operation
- Daily maintenance checklist updating
- Tool changing and tool offset correction
- 5M / abnormality handling
- Understanding and following SOPs
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
- Ability to work in shifts and achieve production targets
- Experience in CNC Sliding Head Machine operation will be highly preferred
