We are looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety. Along with CNC operation, you will also assist the team with general storework.

About the Role

• Operate and set up CNC machinery to produce customer foam profiles.
• Operate a vertical saw for laminate cutting
• Create foam templates for new customer orders
• Read and interpret drawings, measurements and job specifications
• Check finished products for accuracy and quality
• Complete general storework, including receiving, picking and moving stock
• Measure, cut and handle materials safely and accurately
• Maintain stock control and remain organised in a safe work area
• Work with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

About You

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and accurately follow measurements
• Experience with cutting machinery or a vertical saw is highly regarded
• Must have a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Reliable, practical and willing to get involved across the business
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career.
