CNC OPERATOR JD Responsibilities

• Should Operate CNC machines (Lathe/Milling/Turning, Tsugami, VMC, CNC, etc) CNC sliding hand machine, CNC vertical milling machine
• Should know setting up new job in CNC Machine
• Should know how to change programs and giving tools work offset
• Should have knowledge in inserts, drills and other cutting tools
• Should perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines
• Should inspect finished components for quality and accuracy using precision instruments
• Should maintain production logs and documentation
• Should follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Production
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operating CNC machines
• Proficient in using micrometres and vernier callipers for measurements
• Competent in handling various gauges for precision checking
• Familiarity with system document handling in a manufacturing environment
