CNC Operator – Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in operating CNC milling or turning machines under the guidance of senior operators or supervisors.
• Learn and follow CNC machine operating procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Load and unload components, fixtures, and cutting tools correctly as per the job requirements.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining symbols.
• Assist with basic tool setting, tool offset measurement, and tool changes under supervision.
• Perform basic dimensional inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining operations and immediately report tool wear, abnormal noise, vibration, or machine issues.
• Maintain proper machine cleanliness, coolant levels, lubrication, and workplace 5S.
• Maintain basic production and inspection records as instructed by the supervisor.
• Follow PPE, safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements while continuously developing CNC machining skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• CNC operation: 1 year (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
