• Ability to operate machine center working within +/- .0005 tolerances, adjust machines accordingly
• Load tool or replace broken insert and adjust offsets accordingly
• Use of standard tool including Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.
• Ability to read parts drawings
• Inspect parts to drawing

Skills Required 2+ years of CNC Operating experience - Manufacturing

Machinery Experience In Any Of The Following a Plus Milling: Mazak, OKK, Niigata

Lathes; Mazak, Puma

• Ability to read and understand specs and drawings
• Manufacturing experience a PLUS
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of deburring equipment
