What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Operating CNC machines (VMV,HMC, CNC, VTL etc.) .
- Load and unload components correctly.
- Understand basic machine operation and CNC controls.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Make basic tool offset corrections under supervision.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace 5S.
- Maintain production records as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic CNC machine operating knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools and machining.
- Drawing-reading knowledge.
- Measuring instrument knowledge.
- Good attendance, discipline and willingness to work in shifts
