A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operator sets up, runs, and maintains computer-controlled machinery to build precision parts and tools. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Load raw materials, calibrate tools, and prepare CNC machines for milling, drilling, or cutting.
- Operation: Run test cycles, monitor machine speeds and feeds, and make real-time adjustments to fix errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished workpieces using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers to match blueprints.
- Maintenance: Clean equipment, check coolant and lubrication levels, and report mechanical defects.
- Documentation: Log completed production counts and note any machine errors or maintenance issues
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
