CNC Operator

Established high-end Custom Millwork manufacturer in the highly desirable Charleston, SC area seeks an experienced CNC Operator to become part of our shop team as we expand our operations in the high-end new home market in 2024. Positive attitudes and team players are important to the growth of our company. We have been the leader in the restoration of downtown Charleston for over 30 years and are certified to manufacture Impact-rated wood doors. We attract some of the best talent in the industry and take care of our employees who take care of our customers at a high level by continually exceeding their expectations.

We are in need of an experienced CNC Operator that has worked in the woodworking industry. Our business is rapidly growing and it is now time for an additional Operator to keep up with our workload. We are need of someone that can jump right in and assist our CNC Programmer.

We run three Biesse 5-Axis Pod & Rail CNC's - Rover A, Rover B and a Rover AS in our state-of-the-art shop non-stop. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic. CNC woodworking experience is desired but will not disqualify you. We prefer an experienced CNC Operator but are willing to train a motivated candidate.

You will be operating one of our three CNC's to cut material for a combination of historic Downtown Charleston projects for builders and contractors and Impact Door projects for multiple lumber companies.

Compensation varies depending on experience and includes hourly pay with full benefits that include holidays, vacation, health/dental/vision insurance and a Simple IRA the company matches is offered after 90 days of employment.
