CNC Machine Operator / Factory Worker – Joinery
We are an established joinery company based in Sydney looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Machine Operator / Factory Worker to join our team on a full-time basis.
We specialise in custom residential and commercial joinery and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work efficiently in a busy joinery factory.
About the role:
- Operate CNC machinery for cabinet and joinery production
- Operate edgebander and other joinery machinery
- Load and unload boards and materials
- Read plans, cutting lists and job specifications
- Label, sort and prepare components for assembly
- Check measurements and finished components for accuracy and quality
- Assist with cabinet assembly and general factory duties when required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Work with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines
