CNC Operator – Multiple Shifts Available
Direct Staffing Inc. – Fort Smith / Greenwood, AR
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour DOE
Direct Staffing is currently hiring experienced CNC Operators for manufacturing opportunities in Fort Smith and Greenwood, Arkansas.
These are skilled CNC positions. Candidates must have previous hands-on CNC experience and be able to do more than load parts and push buttons.
Job Duties

• Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Make necessary machine adjustments
• Work with measurements, dimensions, and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Use precision measuring tools as required
• Troubleshoot basic machining and equipment issues
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

CNC Experience Required
Candidates must have previous hands-on CNC experience.
Experience may include:

• CNC Lathe
• CNC Machining
• CNC Programming
• CNC Setup
• CNC Machine Operation
• Blueprint Reading
• Precision Measuring Tools

Greenwood candidates must have CNC lathe experience and be able to program and operate CNC lathe equipment.
Available Shifts
Fort Smith:
2nd Shift opportunities available + must train on days
10-hour shifts
Greenwood:
2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday - 10 - hour shifts
Weekend Shift:
12-hour shifts
6AM to 6PM

• Previous CNC experience is required
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Programming and setup experience strongly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and have good attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Background check required
• Greenwood positions require a clean background
• Must be able to work the required shift and overtime when scheduled

Pay
Starting at $18.00 per hour DOE
Pay will be based on CNC experience, skill level, and the specific position.
