About the Role
Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or machining centers to manufacture high-precision parts per program specs and engineering drawings.
What You'll Do
- Setup & Machining: Load stock, install tooling, set tool/work offsets, verify programs, and run CNC equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Measure first-piece and in-process parts (dimensions, threads, finish) using calibrated tools.
- Safety & Upkeep: Make authorized wear-offset adjustments, execute daily maintenance checks, maintain 5S, and log production data.
Qualifications
- Tech/Vocational grad in CNC Machining, Tool & Die, or Mechanical Tech (Senior High Tech track accepted).
- 1–2 years CNC machine operation experience preferred.
- Trained in CNC controllers, offsets, blueprint reading, and precision measuring instruments.
