- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately produce parts according to specifications.
- Perform precise measurements using tools like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety standards in production environments by wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading raw materials or moving finished products within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, tooling setups, and quality control inspections to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as Fanuc or other controller systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks for part design and modification.
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of shop math, fabrication techniques, tooling setups, and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with safety standards in manufacturing environments and the use of precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Basic math skills including measurements conversions and calculations related to machining tolerances.
- Warehouse or factory experience with materials handling, packaging, assembly line operations, or shop floor procedures is preferred.
Join us in delivering high-quality manufactured products through precision machining excellence! We value safety-minded professionals who are eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment dedicated to innovation and quality.
