Job Description – CNC Operator

Location: Ponneri, Chennai
Experience: Fresher to 5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Set up machines and load/unload components.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain production standards.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and technical drawings is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
