Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and manufacture components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Load and unload components and perform machine operations.
• Monitor machining processes and maintain production quality.
• Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Perform basic tool and offset adjustments as required.
• Maintain production targets and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in VMC machine operation.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
