Who we are

Benga Designs is an Australian owned signage business in Stafford. We design, make and install signage for retail, hospitality, fitness, construction and corporate clients across Queensland and Australia. Everything is made in our own workshop by a small team that cares about the finish.

The role

Our CNC machine is the heart of the workshop and runs most of the day. In this role you will:

1. Cut precision letters, custom shapes and parts for LED illuminated signs.

2. Work with acrylic, aluminium, ACM and MDF.

3. Set up, run and maintain the CNC so jobs leave on time and to standard.

4. Work closely with design, production and installation to get every job right.

We use ProfileLab. If you have used another CNC program and understand how the machines work, we will teach you ProfileLab. It is easy to pick up.

About you

1. You have CNC operating experience. One to two years is ideal, and more is welcome.

2. You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in quality work.

3. You are reliable, motivated and happy to take the initiative.

4. You solve problems in a practical way and are keen to learn.

5. You work well in a small team.

6. You have the right to work in Australia.
