CNC Machine Operation

• Operate CNC machines used for cutting, shaping, profiling, drilling, and engraving marble and natural stone.
• Set up machines, tools, cutting parameters, and workpieces according to production requirements.
• Load and execute CNC programs to manufacture stone components as per approved drawings.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Drawing Interpretation and Programming

• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
• Understand CAD/CAM files and CNC programming requirements for marble fabrication.
• Verify measurements, material thicknesses, profiles, and cutting specifications before production.
• Coordinate with the technical and production teams to resolve drawing or machining discrepancies.

Quality Control

• Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with approved drawings.
• Check cutting edges, profiles, openings, grooves, and surface quality.
• Identify and report defects, material wastage, or machining errors.
• Ensure all fabricated components meet the required quality standards before dispatch or installation.

Maintenance and Safety

• Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor cutting tools, machine components, and consumables, reporting any faults promptly.
• Follow factory safety procedures when handling heavy stone materials and operating machinery.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe handling and storage of materials.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other factory personnel to meet production schedules.
• Minimise material wastage and optimise machine utilisation.
• Ensure completed work is properly identified and prepared for the next stage of production.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
