CNC Operator / CNC Trainee

We are looking for CNC Operators / CNC Trainees to join our Production team. Freshers with ITI/Diploma qualifications in Machinist, Fitter, or Mechanical Engineering are welcome. The role offers an opportunity to receive on-the-job training and build a career in CNC machining and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines under supervision and follow production instructions.
• Load and unload components safely.
• Assist with basic tool setting and machine checks.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Maintain required quality and production standards.
• Keep the machine and shop floor clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CNC operation and machine tools.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
• Basic understanding of dimensional inspection.
• Safe handling of tools and components.
• Good discipline and willingness to learn.
• Awareness of shop-floor safety practices.

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in CNC machining/manufacturing.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
