Job Description:

You will be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities

• A CNC Operator Cum Programmer is responsible for both operating CNC machines and creating the programs that instruct them.

• This involves setting up machines, programming them, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. They need a strong

• understanding of CNC programming, machine operation, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming: Writing and modifying CNC programs based on blueprints and specifications.

• Setup: Preparing the CNC machine for operation, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and work pieces.

• Operation: Operating the CNC machine according to the programmed instructions, monitoring the process, and making adjustments as needed.

• Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using measuring instruments and ensuring they meet quality standards.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving machine issues and making adjustments to ensure proper operation.

• Documentation: Maintaining records of machine settings, programming changes, and production runs.

• Maintenance: Ensuring the machine is properly maintained and cleaned
