CNC Operator - Freshers

Position: CNC Operator – Fresher
Experience: 0–1 Year / Freshers
Location: Coimbatore (Chinnavedampatti & Thennampalayam)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, CNC, Production or related field

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Load and unload components safely and correctly.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and basic measurements.
• Follow CNC programs, work instructions, and process sheets.
• Perform basic inspection of components using vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.
• Maintain required quality and production standards.
• Monitor machine operation and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
• Good discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
