CNC Operator - MILLWORK

Job Description:

We are seeking a CNC Operator with at least 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery in a millwork or woodworking environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities: As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for (among others) the following tasks:

• Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce custom wood components.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD files
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize output
• Maintain accurate records related to production and machine performance.

Requirements: To be considered for the CNC Operator position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of CNC experience in a millwork or woodworking setting (desired experience with BIESSE machines)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with CNC software and tooling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
