CNC Operator – Night Shift

Future Plastics is a heavy gauge thermoforming manufacturer based in Navan, Co. Meath. We supply precision plastic components to global OEMs in the aerospace (aircraft interiors) and industrial sectors. The Role
We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our production team on a permanent, night shift basis. You will operate our CNC machines to trim and finish thermoformed plastic components, with the machines set up and programmed for you. No CNC experience is needed, as full training will be provided. If you do have CNC experience, that's a bonus.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:15am

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts and run the CNC machine through its cycle
• Carry out visual checks on parts as they are produced
• Complete process documentation for each work order
• Report any machine or quality issues to the supervisor
• Maintain good housekeeping to minimise scrap and keep a safe working environment

Skills & Requirements

• No previous experience required. Full training provided
• CNC machine experience or the ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to follow procedures and work well as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual, and comfortable working night shifts
