CNC Operator (NIGHTSHIFT)

Overview
We are seeking a Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. NIGHT SHIFT ONLY (4:30 PM to 3:00 AM) As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components that meet our stringent specifications. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Varying experience will be considered and also willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as and calipers to ensure accuracy of machined parts.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Maintain tooling and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools and tooling.
• Ability to perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
