CNC Operator- Turning operator

• Set up and operate CNC turning centers to produce parts to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices
• Enter or edit CNC programs (G-code) as needed for job-specific requirements
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to verify dimensional accuracy
• Monitor machine operation during cycles, making adjustments to speed, feed, and depth of cut as needed
• Identify and troubleshoot issues such as tool wear, vibration, or dimensional drift
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized (5S standards)
• Complete production and quality documentation (inspection logs, scrap reports, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering to resolve part discrepancie

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
