**CNC PLASMA OPERATOR - HOPE VALLEY, WA - UP TO $50PH + LOADING!**Our client is a well-established, locally owned precision laser and profile cutting business with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and reliability. Operating from a modern workshop in Hope Valley WA, they supply high-quality steel components to a range of fabrication and manufacturing industries. Due to continued growth, an opportunity is available for an experienced CNC Plasma Operator to join their team on an ongoing basis. What's on Offer?

• Level A: $50/hr + 15% Afternoon Shift Loading + 30% Night Shift Loading
• Level B: $45/hr + 15% Afternoon Shift Loading + 30% Night Shift Loading
• Level C: $40/hr + 15% Afternoon Shift Loading + 30% Night Shift Loading

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC plasma cutting machines, including Kinetic K5000 or similar equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, job sheets, and cutting plans
• Set up, monitor, and adjust cutting operations to achieve quality outcomes
• Load, unload, and handle materials safely using overhead cranes and forklifts
• Conduct quality checks on completed components
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Work independently and collaboratively within the production team

About You To be successful, you will possess:

• Proven experience operating CNC plasma cutting machinery
• Experience with Kinetic K5000 or similar systems highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
• Current Overhead Crane Licence (desired or willing to obtain)
• Current LF Forklift Licence (Essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Valid Australian work rights
