How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute precise cuts on structural steel and miscellaneous metals using ESAB equipment to meet project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues with machinery to maintain production schedules and prevent delays.
• Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to blueprints.
• Coordinate with the fabrication team to prioritize daily tasks and optimize material usage.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and equipment maintenance routines to ensure a productive and secure shop environment.
• Champion the company values of accountability and teamwork in every project phase.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience operating CNC plasma tables.
• Proven proficiency with ESAB equipment and related software interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical or software hiccups independently.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and material lists.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Proficient knowledge of plasma cutting processes.
• Experience in a high-volume industrial shop environment.
