CNC Programmer and Operator - Afternoon Shift

We are looking for a CNC Operators with 2 +years in the industry to work an afternoon shift (1:30pm - 12am Monday - Thursday) A CNC wood operator sets up, runs, and monitors computer-controlled routers and woodworking machines to cut, shape, and finish wooden parts for architectural woodwork and cabinets.

Job Summary:

The operator will take sheet materials and have the CNC cut precise components using digital designs and automated machinery. They will ensure safe production, check part quality, and keep the machine running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Load wood panels, run programs, and monitor cutting or routing processes.
• Setup and Calibration: Adjust tools, secure materials, and test machine settings before production.
• Blueprint Reading: Read technical drawings, work orders, and shop blueprints to verify specs.
• Quality Control: Measure finished wooden pieces with calipers or tape measures to check dimensions.
• Maintenance: Clean the work area, clear sawdust, perform basic troubleshooting, and report equipment issues
