CNC Programmer And Production Planner

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Production Planner with strong hands-on experience using Cabinet Vision.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting production drawings into CNC-ready programs, planning production workflows, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and supporting custom cabinetry and kitchen manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry production, CNC programming, and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Cabinet Vision (Mandatory)

• CNC programming for cabinetry and custom furniture manufacturing

• Production planning and workflow management

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation

• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction methods

• Knowledge of woodworking materials and hardware

• Experience preparing CNC programs for manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong English communication skills

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience using Cabinet Vision in a production environment - Experience programming CNC machines for cabinet or kitchen manufacturing - Experience preparing production drawings and CNC files - Experience working in custom cabinetry or kitchen manufacturing - Experience troubleshooting CNC and production issues - Experience working independently with minimal supervision
