Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with 810 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and production support. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of 2D programming, CNC machining processes, cycle-time optimization, and manpower handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs, particularly 2D programming.
• Prepare, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs according to production requirements.
• Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and quality.
• Analyze and reduce machine cycle time while maintaining accuracy.
• Handle and coordinate CNC operators and production manpower.
• Monitor machine performance and resolve programming-related issues.
• Improve production efficiency and minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, and manpower.
• Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective machining solutions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Excellent knowledge of 2D CNC Programming.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Experience in cycle-time reduction and process optimization.
• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage production requirements efficiently.
