What they need
Read and interpret 2D drawings. Develop a program using CAM software. Perform pre-machining adjustments and manually program the CNC machine. Provide CNC machine operators with the necessary programs and documentation for manufacturing compliant products. Troubleshoot technical problems related to programming and CNC machines. Ensure the smooth execution of the program through successive operations. Comply with quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Ensure machine maintenance and basic upkeep. Train users on operating CNC machines.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or machining
- A first experience in CNC programming
- My indispensable Mastercam mastery
- Excellent knowledge of machining strategies and cutting tools
- Mastery of reading and interpreting 2D plans and 3D models
