Cnc Programmer

Position: CNC Programmer
Department: Machine Shop

Role & responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D models.
• Develop CNC programs using CAM software for 2D, 3-axis, and 3+2-axis machining.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
• Handle troubleshooting and optimization during machining operations.
• Work with CNC controllers such as Siemens 840D SL, Sinumerik One, and Fanuc.
• Ensure process quality and machining accuracy as per drawing requirements.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CNC Programming (G-Code & M-Code)
• Expertise in 2D & 3D machining
• Hands-on experience with CAM software such as Hypermill / Powermill / Cadem
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & GD&T standards
• Knowledge of cutting tools, tool presetters, and shrink-fit machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Multi-axis CNC Machines (4-axis / 5-axis)

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Palwal
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
