CNC Programmer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer proficient in Cimatron software to develop and optimize CNC programs for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machining processes and be passionate about producing high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using Cimatron.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to create accurate machining instructions.
• Develop efficient tool paths, ensuring precision and minimizing material waste.
• Collaborate with engineers, tool makers, and other team members to optimize production workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programming and setup processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a strong focus on Cimatron.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and understanding of G-code programming.
• In-depth knowledge of machining techniques and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-axis machining.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
• Knowledge of additional CAD/CAM software is a plus.
