CNC Programmer

Role Description CNC Programmer Eagle, WI Onsite The Programmer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of programs for turret punch, laser cutting machines, and dimension flats. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain programs for press brakes, panel benders, and robotic brakes.
• Maintains and/or changes the floor routings and BOMs required for processing the parts through the sheet metal department.
• Resolve programming issues.

Required Qualifications Key point: Focus on candidates with experience in sheet metal blanking and bending, not lathe, mill, or general machining programming backgrounds.

Priority Skills (in Order)

• Amada robot programming for press brakes
• Amada turret blanking software (VPSS 4i)
• SAP experience (routings and bills of material)
• Salvagnini panel bender programming (Stream Bend)
• SigmaNest experience for laser part setup

Additional Considerations

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Candidates from sheet metal fabrication, OEM manufacturing, metal forming, or related industries are likely a better fit than traditional machining backgrounds.
