CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain programs for Combi Laser machines and CNC machines (Milling & Vertical Turning).
• Create and modify NC codes based on production and engineering requirements.
• Assist machinists, leaders, and supervisors in troubleshooting machine programming issues.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Ensure programming accuracy to achieve product quality and machining efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to machining and programming processes.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to optimize machining operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of machine programs and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Programming, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a programmer role within manufacturing or machining environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Familiar with programming software and able to generate NC code for CNC machines.
• Knowledge of CNC Milling and Vertical Turning machine programming.
• Able to use AutoCAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
