What they need
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machine.
- Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
- Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
- Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
- Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixture for machining purpose with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design.
- Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
- Others ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in operating CNC Mills & setting up.
- Good knowledge in milling tooling and machine process.
- More than 3 years in relevant experience in related field.
- Proficient in using Solidwork and Mastercam software
