CNC Programmer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC machine programs to ensure precise and efficient production processes. This role requires recent experience with Tebis software, as well as a strong understanding of CNC machining operations. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with the manufacturing team to translate engineering drawings and specifications into accurate machine instructions, supporting high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Tebis software to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical data, and work orders to create accurate machining instructions.
• Set up CNC machines, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, ensuring proper calibration and safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality standards are maintained, making adjustments as necessary for efficiency and precision.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve machining procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of CNC programs, setups, and modifications for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Recent experience working with Tebis software for CNC programming.
• Proven experience in CNC programming within a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to CNC machining operations.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
