Location: FCIE Dasmariñas Cavite

SALARY: Starting at PHP 17,000/month
Negotiable depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and production requirements.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.

• Create and edit programs using G-code and M-code.

• Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.

• Select and adjust appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds.

• Conduct test runs and make necessary program or machining adjustments.

• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.

• Troubleshoot tooling, machining, and programming issues.

• Optimize machining processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

• Ensure finished parts meet required dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs, setups, and process adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical degree or vocational certification in Machining, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation.

• Proficient in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.

• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.

• Experience with 3-axis/5-axis CNC machines, lathes, mills, or similar equipment is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.

• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and program optimization skills.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to precision and quality.
