Your Role as CNC/Programmer:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Setup/Programmer with DMG MORI experience to set up, program, and operate CNC equipment producing precision specialty fasteners. This is a hands-on role focused on quality, efficiency, and producing complex, non-standard parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and program DMG MORI CNC Machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Select tooling, offsets, and cutting parameters
• Make program and machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot Machining and setup issues
• Support efficient production and continuous improvement.

• DMG MORI CNC experience required
• CNC setup and programming experience
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and make program adjustments
• Experience with turning and/or milling
• Fastner or specialty manufacturing experience preferred
