CNC Programmer

Price Industries is seeking an experienced Flat Laser CNC Programmer in our Casa Grande, AZ plant to support sheet metal manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will develop, optimize, and maintain CNC laser programs to maximize machine efficiency, material utilization, quality, and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for flat laser cutting equipment.
• Generate nests using CAD/CAM software.
• Review engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.
• Improve material yield and reduce scrap.
• Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Maintain programming standards and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC laser programming experience.
• Experience with Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, Mazak, or similar laser systems.
• Proficiency in nesting software and CAD/CAM platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Manufacturing or fabrication industry experience.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Programming experience in high-mix, low-volume environments.
