CNC Programmer

Position Details:

• Job Title: CNC Engineering Technician III
• Location: Raynham, MA
• Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days/week
• Employment Type: Full-Time with benefits.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience developing CNC programs for complex geometries
• Experience with multi-axis / 5-axis milling and lathe applications
• CNC equipment setup and machining experience
• Experience with CAM software such as Unigraphics/NX, SolidCAM, or Mastercam
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, fixture design, tooling, and machining processes
• Experience working in a production/shop-floor environment
• Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency
• Medical device or other regulated-industry experience is preferred
• High school diploma with relevant CNC programming/setup experience required

The role will focus on CNC process development, machining optimization, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supporting new product introductions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
