CNC Programmer

Responsibilities Kforce has a client in Anaheim, CA that is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their engineering team. This position is responsible for creating and releasing machine-ready programs for CNC routers and laser cutting equipment while ensuring accuracy and quality prior to production. Responsibilities:

• CNC Programmer will review engineering files and prepare CNC router and laser-cutting programs
• Generate G-code and machine-ready files for production equipment
• Verify materials, dimensions, geometry, and production requirements
• Create and prepare DXF files for laser cutting operations
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve discrepancies and support production schedules
• As a CNC Programmer, you will manage revisions and updates to production files as needed
• Maintain file organization, naming conventions, and revision control processes
• Support urgent production requests while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience
• Experience with CNC routers and CNC laser-cutting environments
• Proficiency with EnRoute software
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and production documentation
• Proficiency with CorelDRAW and preparing DXF files
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sign manufacturing or architectural fabrication
• Experience with Flexi Sign, Multicam routers, or HSG laser systems
• Familiarity with aluminum, acrylic, polycarbonate, steel, and related fabrication materials

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
