Jelight Company Inc. is an established manufacturer in Anaheim, CA, looking to add a skilled CNC programmer/machine operator to its production team.

Position Summary

We're seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating and programming CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Mastercam 5-axis programming, reads blueprints fluently, and holds themselves to tight tolerances using manual inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes to produce precision parts
• Program parts in Mastercam, including 5-axis programming
• Read and interpret blueprints to set up and run production jobs
• Perform manual inspection of finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and similar tools
• Machine quartz components as needed
• Operate Mitsubishi/TRUMPF laser cutting equipment as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating and programming various CNC vertical mills and CNC lathes
• Experience with Mastercam 5-axis programming
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Knowledge/experience with manual inspection (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (a huge plus)

• Experience machining quartz
• Knowledge/experience with Mitsubishi/TRUMPF laser cutters
• Experience with TRUMPF TruCell programming

Compensation

$28–$42 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
