CNC Programmer / CNC Milling / Auto Lathe Technician

1.  CNC Programmer

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise CNC milling programs based on engineering drawings
• Select cutting tools and determine machining parameters
• Perform program testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement
• Ensure machined parts meet dimensional and quality requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with at least 4 years of experience in CNC milling programming and machining
• Knowledge of Mastercam 2026 is preferred
• Able to generate program for multiple type of machines, e.g. FANUC, Mitsubishi, Brother, Mazak, etc.
• Able to troubleshoot machining issues and work independently

2.      CNC Milling Technician

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to production requirements
• Perform tool changes and adjust machine settings as required
• Conduct dimensional inspections and troubleshoot machining issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of experience in CNC milling operation
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawing
• Able to perform machine setup, tool changes, and troubleshooting

3.      CNC Auto Lathe Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC auto lathe machines according to production requirements
• Perform tool changes and adjust machine settings as required
• Conduct dimensional inspections and troubleshoot machining issues

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of experience in CNC auto lathe operation
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawing
• Able to perform machine setup, tool changes, and troubleshooting
