What they need
CNC Programmer / Machinist
We are a small, family-owned CNC machine shop currently undergoing new management and entering an exciting period of growth. We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team and play an important role in helping shape the future of our shop.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on machinist who is comfortable programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines and can take ownership of jobs from start to finish.
The right candidate will have strong knowledge of CNC machining, be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and have experience creating and optimizing CNC programs. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and takes pride in producing quality parts and getting jobs out the door on time.
Because we are undergoing new management, there is significant opportunity for growth and increased responsibility for the right person. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the team and help improve our programming, production, and overall shop operations as we move forward.

- Inspect finished parts and verify dimensions using appropriate measuring equipment.
- Work with a variety of materials, tooling, and machining processes.
Production & Job Management
- Take ownership of jobs from programming and setup through completion.
- Help plan and prioritize jobs to meet customer deadlines.
- Monitor production progress and communicate any issues that could affect delivery.
- Identify and implement improvements to machining processes and shop workflow.
- Maintain an organized work environment and ensure jobs, tooling, programs, and documentation are properly managed.
- Help ensure machines, tooling, and equipment are properly maintained and ready for production.
Leadership & Teamwork
