Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you'll create optimized toolpaths, refine CNC processes, and help shape how we manufacture precision parts across a wide range of materials and tolerances.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience operating CNC milling and/or turning machines — essential
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360 for basic program editing or CAM — advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond the machine when needed

Key Software

  • Autodesk Fusion 360
  • Haas CNC Controllers

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to job specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM-generated files
  • Load raw materials and ensure machines are properly maintained and ready for operation
  • Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality
  • Conduct in-process inspections and verify finished parts against specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and continuously improve workflows
  • Manual Turning & Milling – minimal input required, one of modifications or prototypes

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or apprenticeship in machining is preferred
  • Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a production or workshop setting
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining principles
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required

Why Join Us

  • Access to modern CNC equipment in a clean, well-resourced workshop
