What they need
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 Teknik Mesin atau jurusan yang relevan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang industri manufaktur alat berat/otomotif.
- Menguasai CAM Programming, Tool Setting, serta mahir program CNC Milling & CNC Turning.
- Mahir mengoperasikan mesin CNC Milling & CNC Turning, Control Stock insert & Tool.
- Merencanakan, membuat, mengoptimalkan, dan mengendalikan program CNC untuk proses Milling dan Turning.
- Mampu melakukan pengukuran, pemeriksaan, dan pengujian hasil proses machining untuk memastikan kualitas produk.
- Memastikan kesesuaian produk dengan gambar teknik dan spesifikasi menggunakan alat ukur seperti Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, dan alat ukur presisi lainnya.
- Melakukan penjaminan mutu & dokumentasi proses program hasil.
- Melakukan penjaminan mutu & 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke).
